I was Unbanned but I haven't been Unbanned from KOTH Server (Unbanned)

I was recently accused of VDM to which I was given a second chance, but you guys seem to have me banned on the king of the hill server? is it okay to get it lifted? my name in-game is Paulie Pascuzzi, when I was banned my character was called Jacob.
