i asked to join the policebut the inform that a sended it was incomplete because i forgot my age and id by accident then i sended another with everything and i didnt get any reply yet and was 10 hours ago.

Patience young padawan, it could take a while for someone to get to your application, and showing the patience is a great way to start the trek in the police.

Just pm people on teamspeak, I did my 4 hours in the second day of trying.

Pm a SGT+ on teamspeak if they're in patrol channels, not in normal teamspeak channels. ( this gets very annoying ) 

if that fails contact an SI/CSI and they'll assign you someone.

I've sent you a private message regarding your Police Application - Also, if you in the future accidently enter the wrong ID/Correct age, then you can always PM the officer who accepted/denied your application and provide them with the correct player id. They will be able to fix it then.
