I don't know about you guys and if this is a finished project but...I really hope that this does not become the new map:

Its not the problem that drug runs will become a big road trip... the problem here is that I think the UNMC wil have to much power having a gang base there.  I don't know if this is to give more action to the UNMC but I think the gang basses should stay on neutral grounds.

And by the looks Pyrgos wont be a thing anymore ? I hope so because i liked Agios always more as a city.

By gang base I'm going to assume you mean black market, but either way the original UNMC had a black market, and it was much preferred that way as it meant it was slightly safer to buy your gear (less possibility of being robbed) at the cost of paying the border fee. Also, I don't really see how it makes the UNMC too powerful, in my opinion it has no affect other than more people coming through. 

 
I hope it does not too! If you want to do weed you have to travel across the whole island which is over 10km just to sell it! its ridiculous

I don't know how much the fee is but now you have the rebel outpost east and west...it is widely known that east is more dangerous and if you want it a bit safer go south...I just think both black markets should be on neutral ground and that its made this way to force people to go into UNMC land..And i have a feeling UNMC will hassle the people comming in or out with guns and such.

I dont care about the weed run because i think it is giving a lot of money and it is very quick at the moment...and also a reason why the only drug processor that is being robbed is the weed processor.

I see you point, but as far as my understanding is, the UNMC won't hassle anyone about guns, and don't charge for entry any more, but that's just my opinion :p

Blackmarkets are a place to buy illegal weapons and such, there should be a high risk to get these items, I believe that having it in the UNMC base makes it safer as you need to get across the border. If there was no risk with anything it wouldn't be fun.

 
Tbh I think it will be safer to use the black market in UNMC. They might give you a small fee, but it saves you being robbed by a hobo with a TRG saying hands up or get shot.

i assume the drug dealer is the one from athira. So that means it's 75% of the price, so I don't think anyone is really going to use that if I'm honest.

Than go to the eastern rebel outpost as a civ and see how high the risk is :3  believe me that 7/10 times if someone is there you will get in a RP situation where either you have a shoot out or you put your hands up give everything you have and get taken hostage...I'm just afraid that you wont have the chance to do the same with the black market being in UNMC land.

We have all been a rebel at some point on this server, I was a rebel for nearly a year before joining police, its a risk for the weapon, thats why its an "illegal weapon". The UNMC Black market will be one of the safest places to get these weapons as like many people have said you have to get over a border.

Or is it the Pyrgos drug dealer they place there (which would be 100%) ? by the looks Pyrgos wont be used anymore....And im Happy about it !
The only reason people spawned at Pyrgos is to have quick access to rebel outpost east.

It sells for a bit less, but no risk of being arrested. And the cocaine processor is really close, so I hope cocaine dealers will find their way to us. At least we won't have to worry about staying awake on those night shifts on the border anymore xD

 
And whats worse is that I will have to relocate my houses again :(, And as far as I can see Weed processing is where it was 1 year ago. If it was me we would go back to the same map as it was in 2014-2015...Nostalgia.  pretty much sucks having a 105 weed skill with the weed and weed processor locations on the map I posted, Guess ill throw a skill in Meth :3

What ? why so offended ? im not against you getting anything mate I am against removing the standard spots...Why not just add 1 more rebel outpost instead of removing 1 from neutral lands. Why not replacing all the stores and stuff from Pyrgos (Pyrgos failed city) to UNMC and ADD a rebel base there instead replacing one from neutral grounds. I mean the cops weren't allowed to come to to the outposts anyway.  And remember I'm not against UNMC I just think we should not remove stuff from land outside of the UNMC land instead we should keep it how it is and add to the UNMC you would still have a lot more RP if they added a 3rd rebel outpost there and you can keep the drug dealer also. And remember this is a forum I just post my opinion.

Who said cops could not goto outposts? I used to go there all the time ?

 
@DI BusterguyWell he said a bit less, so even less than 75% as far as i understood, I wonder who will go there if that is the case..getting like 200k for a full Hemmt truck =)

 
I think the UNMC have the pygros dealer so drugs sell for 100%
