a scrap dealer is not the answer, I mean you can store your vehicles about 2ft away, one of my hates is seeing this in game lol

People rent vehicles cheap from the garage, they drive to the airport and cant store so they just leave them around. That's usually why there's so much clutter

Yeah.. Loads of people who just leave their vehicles their.. Sometimes we have to impound 20 vehicles there..
