I think my IP is banned due to an ex

Hi , I have just tried to create and log in to RP UK server on fivem but it says I'm banned, however I have never had an account before. I am wondering if this is due to my ex who was previously banned if this is connected somehow due to it being on the same Internet when we were together. Thanks for taking the time to read.
