hi i was unfairly banned but it was supposedly lifted after i approved for unbanning and im still unable to actually log into the game

have i done everything right to sort this out i can give whoever does the unbanning my details again

or does it take this length of time to resolve as its been a few long weeks to be delt with to be honest this seems like its taken the piss

i dont know if this is the GUID number but here is what i believe is my GUID number is

Lol, right, nigall, rather than PMing me 1000 times, just take a screenshot of our GUID number on login and send me that.
