I just got to the diamond mine but the door is locked?

The door is automatically like that- you need to just walk around and press windows key then should start mining, also be careful because Poseidon made it illegal to do diamonds and they will confiscate your goods

How do I load the diamonds into my car?

press T when near then click on the uncute diamonds then click "Store" be aware it can weight a lot so if you're not in a truck it'll be hard to make a decent profit
