Me unfortunately. I tried getting in and moving it as the windows key wasn't showing up to impound it (I couldn't seem to get an angle on it) and it blew up the moment I stepped in, my guess was it was glitched into the glass door or wall somewhere and me stepping in caused the damage to update or move it. As it was a glitch or bad physics I respawned in Kavala again (the NLR timer is on the left of my screenshot).
