I know it's rdm if someone tells you to put your hands up and u shoot him but how can you escape? i mean if u tell him the same thing he will shoot you or if u do anything else. Which is a bit bs if u ask me. So what could you do in this case except the fact to let him rob you

 
If someone threatens you, you can shoot him? How is that RDM? Piss poor roleplay maybe, but if someone is pointing a gun at me, tells me to put my hands up I'm going to shoot them if I think I can.

If someone says "Put your hands up" and points a gun at them, it's not a threat on your life.

I've used this to control a situation, when randoms walk into something important. I just say "Can you stand still and put your hands on your head for me please?" whilst pointing a gun at them.

If you think its perfectly fine to just shoot me in that situation... I think it's a little mistaken.

No, it's not for every single situation. But its very situation specific. If you say it please, no threatening, compared to 'Get out of your truck and put your hands up'.

Again, no threats we're made on your life in that situation. If they said "or die..." then I have no issues with you blamming them in the face.

Yet if I don't comply they will shoot me, that's my issue with that
