I cant submit a compensation request

Im having an issue making a compensation request. I have filled in requests previously but i am getting an error saying that I have failed the security check and please try again. I have saved all of the details onto a document to resubmit at a later point but I dont know how to proceed now.

To fix this like reset your browser had the same issue

or refresh the page - press F5, it will work, need some trys maybe.
