I can't open the "Un-ban Appeal"

Everytime I press on the "Un-ban Appeal" link it takes me away to another site (Virus Site).

I don't think it's something wrong on the forum (It might be) but I think it's my computer.

Anyhow, it might be good to let you guys know.
