I would say a mod or something you might have downloaded replaced original files.

Can you try to verify steam files for arma or even re-install the game?

i got help from my friend

here is the steps:
1. steam libary

2. right click arma

3. press on properties

4. Local files

5. Verify integrity of gain cache
