I cant get into the altis server wtf

so ive been trying to play on this server since yesterday and nothing im using a3launcher help me please

If you go onto your launcher and click play arma will launch. When you have arma open go to browse and type roleplay.co.uk our servers will appear for you and you can connect to them. Before you spawn in game choose a civilian slot and you will be sound.

To add to what Auxen has said, where in the world are you from? we have a ping limiter on our servers.
