I am completely new to this. Can someone explain?

Hi, I am completely new to this type of multiplayer please forgive my naivety. Can someone explain what this game mode is in simple terms, I can see the guide but this goes into depth about the game and I have no idea what it actually is or what the objective is. I get that its a map full of people who have a role, but I cant get my head around the basics like in the questions below:

Here are some other questions:

1) How do I get money, I can see stuff about jobs, can I start a job in the game or do I have to arrange it with a real person and get paid from a real person? Is there any other ways to make money?
2) How do I get weapons ?
3) Are there any unlocked cars I don't have to buy?
4) What are some of the things I can do straight away after joining e.g rob a bank?

I want to get into this game but I need to understand it first so I don't end up banned.

Q) How do I get money, I can see stuff about jobs, can I start a job in the game or do I have to arrange it with a real person and get paid from a real person? Is there any other ways to make money?

A) The most common way of making money is by doing runs. You do runs by picking up the items at the mine. (For an example - to do diamonds you go to the diamond mine and mine diamonds). You purchase a processing license, then process the items. Then you sell it at it's designated shop.  You can make money doing smaller jobs like delivery missions (not very well paying), robbing fuelstations, banks etc aswell.

Q) How do I get weapons ?

A) You can purchase a legal firearm at a handgun store in either Zaros (South east of kavala) or Telos (east of the airport). If you wish to access illegal rifles you must purchase Rebel training at either rebels outpost or the black market, where you can access basic rifles. Then further down the line, you are able to purchase the license for Advanced Weapons, allowing you to purchase higher caliber firearms.

Q) Are there any unlocked cars I don't have to buy?

A) There are no unlocked vehicles - There are however rather cheap vehicles that you should be able to buy incredibly easily, such as starting off with an offroad, etc. You must pick up a drivers license at a DVLA to purchase a car though.

Q) What are some of the things I can do straight away after joining e.g rob a bank?

A) You can do more or less anything you set your mind to as long as it abides by the server rules found at roleplay.co.uk/rules. The whole jist of roleplay is using your imagination to create interesting scenarios. You can converse, you can rob after accessing at least a legal firearm, you can farm, etc. You're more or less able to do whatever you wish. I would heavily recommend to find some more experienced players to assist you in the tasks you wish to perform in order for you to grasp the ropes.

@Perspective How do I make my first buck? I tried to buy a drivers license to go do some apple runs but I haven't got enough cash. How do I get cash to get started?

 
@cutlydesign  You should start with 100k in your bank account. To make purchases you must go to an ATM and withdraw the money needed to make the purchase.

@cutlydesign  ATMs are marked with a green icon resembling a house -

If you go to kavala square you should be able to see 2 atms in front the bank building to the left of the pub.
