Looking on this headset listened to some reviews and mic tests and it sounds great! looking to record my voice a lot more in videos since turtle beaches are shite!!!!!!!!

I got this headset 2 days ago love the 7.1 sound but haven't tried out the mic so can't comment on that sorry! Will be a big difference to turtle beaches tho

I had the headset a while back until my cat bit of the cable after a month but it's a great headset with 7.1 sound wich I love and the mic is not bad at all

I must disagree with all others. Im using some cheap audio technicas as my primary headphones. Now last weekend I had to go to lanfest and forgot my headphones home. Bought these and used for 4days:

Sound quality, and i cant stress this enough; SUCKS. Decant voices are blurry and bass is nonexistent. I even went to the store and swapped my headset to new one as I could not believe how low quality it was. The money you have to pay to get these at least here in Finland is around 100€. With that money you can get some studio quality gear. Mic on these is relatively good for a gaming headset however. It really cancels all the background noises so your voice can be heard really clearly. At the lan I was in hall with around 4000 nerds and had no problem to speak in TS with other people, tells that mic did it's the job well.

However if you wanna buy em, I can still sell em to you @Drew
