Ok so my headset has been working fine for months until all of a sudden yesterday it started to give me a few issues it started off with it just cutting out so I would hear no sound and the mic would disable then all I had to do was unplug then plug it back in then its fine (It did this at random times could be once an hour or 10 times in 5 minutes) I go to see if its any different today and no matter what I do it just doesn't recognise the device I have tried every single USB port on my rig and it still wont work.

Help me pl0x @Zeito @lionel

Are there any drivers that are needed?

Any software that may mean you need a firmware update or driver update?

Have you tested your USB port with other devices?

No drivers needed just plug it in then it works. Tested it with my iPhone charger to see if the ports are damaged but my phone charges? Not sure if that is the same thing your asking, im not good with this stuff :p

When did you purchase the headset ? (exact date if possible)

@Fetty Wap i have already explained this too you on TS, when you played with the cable you could hear it cutting out and coming back I explained to you that you need to find out what part of the cable is broken, is it the earpiece side or the mix amp side, if its a 3.5 mm jack going into the mixamp and it is that side that is broken you can cut the 3,5 mm jack off and replace it, if it is earpiece side, you are screwed,  if it is usb side you can fix it by cutting off the usb and replacing it, but you need some sort of skill to do it.

If your headset is less than 1 year old contact the supplier and they should replace it, but other than that you have to do some repairing yourself or buy a new headset.

This is helpful ! although soldering inside a headset isn't that hard !

I also told you the same both yesterday and on this thread.
