Brief Summary:
A new safehouse for the Hustlers gang
Detailed Suggestion:
Hello, I'd like to request an improvement of our safe house which includes adding more rooms round the back of Tequi-la-la. This would give us more space and it would also give us more of a private place to hold gang meetings & meetings with other gangs/organizations, craft weapons, illegal business away from our legal side of things at Tequi-la-la and other gang activities.
With this MLO it gives us an extension round the back of the club with rooms that are at the moment closed, to be opened up and accessible. It would give us, a 25 man gang, a hidden safe room so we can do things a little more privately as at the moment we only have the basement of Tequi-la-la which is a small room with no amenities to assist with meetings etc. I'll leave the links below. We understand things take time and we appreciate the considerations. I would like to add that we already own this MLO from the creator directly so if the devs would like they could test it before hand.

The Pros:
- Having unique content for ourselves would boost morale as a whole. - Having a larger private area for a gang of 25 members than just a small basement - It would give us a more private place that we can try and keep hidden so we can keep things away from our public business. - It can enhance more roleplay opportunities - ex. People figuring out it exists, cops raiding us, a place to take people out of the public eye that we wish to speak to on a private level etc..
The Cons:
-Dev work i.e adding locks, wardrobe and removing the ATM inside
Does this suggestion change balance on the server ?
