Huron scrapping

Just wondering as i have a huron myself. Is it a bug that the huron cant be scrapped by rebels or has it been implemented that way so your 15 mill huron does not get scrapped by a hobo and all that money wasted.

It can't be scrapped by civs, only cops.

I'm pretty sure it's to avoid the fact, that someone could RDM you and take it to the chop shop. 

It's a really expensive vehicle which is probably why they made it non-scrapable by civs.

P.S your very lucky as I nearly scrapped ur Huron the other day but we decided to be nice and impound it instead
