Huron Run Problem

Is there any route on the island that doesnt get insta camped if I try to farm with my Huron... I bought it and tried running with it but every single time people try to steal the Huron to the point where i now regret ever buying the Heli... Spend 15.000.000 and haven't been able to make more then 400k in it...

Does anyone feel me on this one or am I just a loner D: </3

 
You have to be very smart about doing runs in a Huron, because you are of course one of if not the biggest targets on the island for people to rob. Personally, I have made over 100mil with my Huron, but that is due to doing the right runs at the right time with the right people. I would highly suggest doing illegal runs with it on server 2, storing it in a house and then heading over to server one to sell it. If you want to avoid being robbed completely your best chance is doing a legal run with it near Kavala, so that you can easily call the police to help you sell, or if you feel threatened. Doing runs in a large group is always best when possible, and if you don't mind splitting the run have someone sitting in the pilot seat ready to take off at all times, to eliminate any chance of being robbed.

The illegal runs to do on server 2 would be uranium, weed or cocaine. The least risky being cocaine and the most being uranium. If you plan on doing legal runs on server 1 however the only profitable thing to do in a huron instead of a HEMMT box would be steel.

Here is me thinking it was against the rules to store on one server and then sell on another to take advantage of low player counts? I must be mistaken 

 
Farming salt is pretty good to avoid getting robbed. Glass also works, you just have to be in and out quickly to avoid any trouble.

You can still do the riskier runs with a huron and have success, you just need to think about where you're flying and how long you're going to be at each location for. For example, don't fly right over the airport or other high population areas unless you want to get followed. It also helps to stick to runs in which you have a high processing speed; you don't want to attract a bunch of attention landing at the steel processer and then be standing there for 20 mins whilst you process it all.

I guess it could be considered meta gaming but I'm pretty sure there's no specific rule about it. I've always done it to be honest and everyone I know have aswell. If it is a server rule it would be good to know as I've never heard of anyone getting banned for doing it.

 
I used to sit and mine salt most of the time when there was big gangs on because without UNMC being up the top of the map anymore there is no reason for people to travel up there I had a lot of success with salt so that’s my recommendation however, for an illegal run I used to do acid people barley do it plus it’s out of the way of most common places the only problem is going to the drug dealer.

Doing steel with it is very good as long as you can get a cop escort, I got a ghosthawk to cover me once and everyone knew I was doing it but no one tried to stop me.  Honestly though, blood diamonds with a hemtt is still the best way to make cash 

 
You might want to be careful with doing that

Server 2: Farms Resource, Processes it, Stores It

Immediatley logs on Server 1 within the same restart to sell the goods;

= Exploiting 

source = got banned for this 

It’s okay to do it as long as it’s after the same restart and your intention is not to exploit the unpopulated server to then sell it on the populated server to reduce risk.
