Is the hunting rifle crosshair meant to look like this, with a blurry/blank screen with no crosshair/sight while ADS?

Like NVIDIA? Sorry, I'm new to PC, only had one since late Jan 2022. I appreciate the help.

Unfortunately I can't do anything in game until this is sorted. A hunter with no crosshair and shot's don't seem to be registering either.

Update... I forgot to press F1 and turn on crosshair hahaha! My bad and I hope this helps someone else in the future. Thanks for your input gents.
