Quick description of what happened: I was about to land at the airport to store the chopper and the message "No message received for 10 seconds", the game resumed quickly after and the chopper fell straight down to the floor and killed me, whilst also blowing up and setting on fire.
EVIDENCE: this was the aftermath of falling from above..
