Easiest way to join the server is to use launcher you can download it here.

Or if you don't want to use the launcher:

• Launch ARMA3
  
• Press "PLAY" -> "MULTIPLAYER"
  
• Then press filter and in "Host" put "altislife.co.uk" and choose "Role-Playing game" type.
  
• After pressing OK server will pop up in your server list so just double click it and you will be good to go!

To add to this:

If you go to configure, and then profile you'll be able to choose your ingame name (you'll need to create a new character for this) and the appearance of your character. You can also find your player ID there as well.
