Awesome CEO's come around once in a life time, Trust me i have met a few and only ever trusted 1 so far in my life.

The majority of them do not listen and enter like a bull in a china shop, some don't and care for the company and people
 
Anyway to the point! Completely loving what this company did to say goodbye to 11 years to there CEO.

The boss at my company is insane in a good way. He loves to do crazy things to make people have fun and laugh. I do tech support, and he has come walking through our site wearing a skin tight spiderman outfit. One time he came through dressed as Micheal Jackson dancing and all. No you have to take into account he is a short round Mexican guy doing all of this stuff which makes it even more funny. He throws huge parties for the entire staff. Heck next month he rented out the local water park for a entire day just for staff. If you work that day he gave everybody off. I can not say enough about him and the people that I work for.
