How to roleplay if this happened.

Sorry this is stupid question most likely, but I am completely new at arma & RP servers. I see this server is taking roleplaying really seriously so I'd like to know what to do in one situation.

Let's say a guy is pointing a gun at me and asking me to put hands up or even give my vehicle keys to him. Since I really don't want to do that and have a pistol myself, what am I supposed to say to him in order to be able to shoot him up and escape without trouble. I already broke the rules in such situation once so would like to hear how ppl roleplay if this happened.

Extra: lets say I decide to die instead of putting my hands up. He will be able to pick my cash (if I had any), but can he take the gun/vehicle keys/any items I have?

If you die he can only get your Y menu items after death and possibly your gun if you had it out and they're quick enough.

With regards to retaliating against your assailant; if they're shooting you, shoot them. If you're aware they're more than likely going to rob you, you can bluff and say you've got buddies nearby and they've got firearms trained at him. You could get your firearm out in preparation to show you can put up a fight.

If they've got the gun trained on you in an open field and there's no chance of cover I can only suggest complying as Atleast you'll live, can report him to the police and hunt for him once you've rebrought a gun. If you have hard cover nearby and can make it, sprint for that whilst upholstering your gun and be aggressive back. Say " are you sure you wanna fucking do this?! Are you crazy?! Do you know who I am?! One step closer and you're fucking dead! Back up! Run away!" Or something to that degree. By this point they've probably opened fire and you can start returning.

This is how to do it relatively safely and within the rules, I'm half asleep so I won't go further into detail.
