As I previously stated, if you have an issue with a staff member and have actual evidence then you need to contact a staff lead.
On how to do this exactly, you'll need to go onto the TS server and Join the "Join for support" room, inform whoever speaks to you that you need to speak to a lead about an issue with staff member and they can assist you further.
