How do I put an image in a spoiler? I have tried several different ways but I have had no luck. Any responses would be appreciated, thanks!

Interesting one, I've tried [.spoiler] and [./spoiler] (without .) and no luck..

Also spoiler does an indent as a spoiler would do but just doesnt show.
