How to prestige?

Hi, first time back on the server for over a year.

I'm looking to prestige and gain access to the prestige club (currently wont let me) however cannot find any answers on how to prestige.

It also pops up saying I can prestige

I have attached images of my highest levels if that's relevant

Skill level is different from profession level.

You can prestige after your profession level is 1000

sorry forgot to include it's also been popping up with a prestige thing.
