I am new i have googled how to's and i cannot find a way to join altislife server after signing up. please advise

Easiest way to join the server is to use launcher you can download it here.
Or if you don't want to use the launcher:

- Launch ARMA3
- Press "PLAY" -> "MULTIPLAYER"
- Then press filter and in "Host" put "altislife.co.uk" and choose "Role-Playing game" type.
- After pressing OK server will pop up in your server list so just double click it and you will be good to go!
