How to make Zip Ties (and other craftable products)

I have the material, I just don't where or how to make zip ties or other like products. Am I missing something?

You have to roleplay it all in city and find out in city. If your told here or anywhere else other than in RP. It would be breaking the meta gaming rule. And plus its more fun to interact and build relationships in RP.

Hi mate this is something you have to find out in roleplay!! Go find people and talk to them! as Nikki has said build up relationships and people may tell you how to do said things!
