How to make Blasting charge?

Can someone tell me what I need for making a blasting charge or having a link to where someone already got an answere for.

1 copper 

1 glass

2 silica

1 plastic sheet 

5 aluminium

Use these parts to make a pearbook 

Then you will need 

3 steel

1 industrial code breaker

Combine the steel computer and code breaker to make your blasting charge

I thought you also needed another computer screen in addition to the Pearbook? At least that's what it said last time I checked factory.
