How to make a 999 call

Hi all, it has come to my attention that when we get a 999 call, it is giving no description of what is going on and how it is happening. E.G: 'HELP! MY FRIEND IS DEAD!' Or '3 robbers are robbing me and I am being shot at! Help me now'! So, this isn't really a guide but just so we can know exactly what happened.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     NHS: Where are they? How are they? What is their name? Is there anyone else nearby (E.G Police)? Are they bleeding / do they have severe injuries? Are they allergic to anything? Anything like that, helping the Medic know how to respond. RPing as you go along.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Police: Where are they? What is a brief description of what they look like? Do they own a car? (If so what is the description of it? E.G Spongebob SUV), Where are they? Are they armed? Are YOU injured at all? Are they making threats? (Sorry if I get this wrong. Police, feel free to correct!) Just make sure you give a good description! Don't say 'HELP ME'

Even with an attached gridref, if one wants a quick response, including a hard location will make it super easy to find the specific gridref for those not as experienced in reading map

LOL like police read them anyway... I waited 45 minutes before I gave up for a impound job after getting a BA chopper stolen and was looking for some RP for guy who saved me and my chopper story goes I tracked down the stolen chopper and confronted the men who stole it, got shot at made 999 call saying I was taken fire near clothing shop in pyrgos with grid ref, needed help, luck would have it a guy come along killed the 5 people firing at me as he seen and heard me confronting the men. my message to the police was as followed.

'Need police officer at clothing store in Pyrgos, Taken fire 3-5 armed men, need impound for stolen BA chopper and medic.'

I waited nearly 50 minutes before anyone turned up and in end the guy who saved me contacted an admin who come and deleted the chopper.
