How to know the name of a player you’re trying to report

Since there is no constant Id for a player or no way to check names, if someone starts to troll you and you want to report them how are you meant to find out their name?

In the settings> FiveM controls you can enable the IDs to be displayed for a short period of time with a hotkey. (cant remember the title of the control) but it think its Display ID.

You can then go onto the player list and match the ID with the name or just use the ID.
