What do you mean join 'this'?
Well you're on the forums so that's a good start.
To join any of the 3 servers go to the Arma 3 server browser and select filter>role playing game>altislife.co.uk> ok. Then any of the 4 servers (exile being one) will show. Simply join the server and select a civ slot (purple) as blue(police) and green(medics) are white listed.
To join these you must be avaliable on teamspeak and pass interview/application stages.
To join teamspeak you must have a security level of 28 or higher I think. Google how to change your security level. Use 'TS.altislife.co.uk' as an IP to join the official teamspeak.
Follow all server rules and gang rules (if you're going to be in/create a gang)
