How to go about using a building and making it official

Hi, I am looking for some guidance me and a few friends want to use a building as a shared office space.

We have found one which is open, and would work. 

How do we go about making it official and possibly get keys for the building to enable us to lock thr doors

You would be rewarded with a personal building after demonstrating that you can provide quality roleplay for a period of time, you would then be approached by devs about the possibilities of anything being added. So to start just claim the building unofficially and start RPing and if its good you will be approached down the line.
