What do you mean a welfare package?

I think he means what @TinyBigJackowas explaining a few days ago in a post about helping people who lost everything when Tanoa started, when life was a lot harder and the fog was responsible for countless deaths.
'A rescue option for the hobos who got boned and lost all their starting cash - just ask any Admin about the Welfare Package, and get your money topped back up.'
I played the server when it was up for the first time and now I wanted to play again after reading the news from TinyBigJacko. I only got 1100 on my bankaccount and read that I could get a welfare package so I can get back to the starting amount. But it seems like nobody knows what I'm talking about.

@Rens - my apologies. Some of the admin staff have evidently not caught up with the welfare state system on Tanoa. Keep trying. We'll get them all educated soon enough. It only works in Tanoa, though - not in Altis, in case you were asking there. Worst case, if you get absolutely zero luck, PM me your playername and Steam ID number and I'll do it via a database query when you're offline.
@Farmer Giles - basically, if you're in-game in Tanoa and he asks you (or any other admin) for the welfare, you've got the choice of simply giving him enough money via the admin system, to bring his total holdings back up to £5000. Or you can offer him the chance to RP his case in front of a tribunal - which you and he would have put together out of assembled players - and then he can RP his little heart out in order to win a bit more - up to a £15k max holding, if he's good enough (or just the barebones £5k max if he's not that great).
Most of the Tanoa admins like @Khandamirare (I think) aware of this - trouble is, not all the Altis admins may be, and this guy has posted in the generic 'Q&A' section.

In the meantime I found a nice player on the Tanoa server who lended me his Pickup Truck so I got like 20k now so it isnt a problem anymore!
Once again thank you for the respons and maybe this worked with educating the staff
