How to edit quote title?

As seen above I can quote text. However, I want to be able to edit the quote title to say like'HD vids' etc. Anyone know how to do this?

Surely there is a way to edit the title above it? I have seen on other communities with the same forum coding language and they have the ability to alter/edit the title of a spoiler/quote.
