How to dispute a ban?

A few months ago i was banned for stealing from gz and i disputed it Here but i failed to reply, i've gotten back into arma 3 and i would like to play this server again, now i go to submit a new appeal and it sais sorry, this page doesn't exist. so what do i need to do?
