How to Delete Attachments from 'My Attachments'?

I have asked this question before but didn't really get an answer that explained what to do. So for that reason it would be a great help if some one could explain how to delete Attachments from 'My Attachments', as i don't need them anymore and are just filling up space, I've deleted the posts that they were in but they have remained in the 'My Attachments folder? Any Ideas?
