How to be whitelisted

You need to make sure you are selecting a civ slot not a police or medic slot.

You seem to have joined as either a Police officer or NHS Medic these are both Roles which require an application/interview process so make sure you get some experience as a civilian before applying. Also welcome to the server if you need help shoot me a pm

As stated you are more than likely trying to join BLUFOR (the blue player selection slots) which are white listed police slots. You may also be joining INDEPENDANT ( green player selection slots) which are the NHS (national health service) slots.
As you are not white listed as either of the above player slots you will need to join the CIVILiAN slots highlighted in purple. Select the purple square on the left to chose the faction and then find an empty slot.
As stated you need to apply and pass through interview stages in order to be white listed for police and NHS.
