There are no requirements for the NHS, however if you come onto our teamspeak you could go on a ride along with an MTO which will increase your chances in the application and interview process.

best you can do is look for people who have [MTO] or [GP] in their name and are on a patrol and send them a message asking them if they got time for a ridealong.
