Where and how do "new" people get the money for a jet so quick? Just wondering....

I'm not pointing fingers, im stressing that. 

But in game im seeing a shed load of people robbing each other for amounts of 1.9 mill but its very specific amounts almost like the whole bank... i mean why are people taking over 2mill out there banks there is no need for it then all this stupidly high cash being robbed off people, (people i have not heard or seen in game before) then all these jets...

I guess reporting it is a safe way too stop "money laundering", but It may also just be a funny "get attention" way too hand your mate some money, if my gang need some cash I would just hand it over... but some people may want too get some attention.  As you can see it does

Well, that Sigurd is probably a money duper / hacker. No money making licenses and yet has enough money for a Jet..

Unless someone is super kind and gave him the 20 million he needs for it.
