How old do u have to be to join umnc?

So I had a brief chat with @DSGT Fergus about this but at the end I got a bit confused because he was going on about me getting confused with someone but then it seemed like he was confuse do and meant the police application presses so I was wondering do you have to be a certain age to join umnc and sorry for tagging someone that I've never met it's just know I can't get rid off it :'(. I think the UNMC is open to all ages as long as you are a great candidate and you are mature enough.

Unmc allows all ages as long as you are mature and good at rp

16 and over, if you're under that you'll be evaluated on how mature you are.. you will be evaluated hard and will be treated like dirt so you must be able to take it. 

Anyone who is under 16 will be evaluated for maturity.
