I killed 3 people wrongly and was banned for it, how long is this ban? Is there anyway to shorten it? Can I pay them for lost equipment? Is this a permanent ban? Can they accept apologies?

What if It was denied? Can I make another appeal? I have quite a lot of hours and playtime and money.

If your appeal got denied it was probably for a good reason. And you most likely wont get far by making another one. This server gives you two chances, when they are up, you probably wont get a third.

I never got a second chance though. I could pay for lost gear or apologize or something. I just had a bad day. There must be something I can do.

You rammed into my parked Zamak whilst I was at the bank then shot me as I drove away without a word. This was an isolated incident from the 3 x RDM and 1 x VDM against you which I decided not to report as you were already well and truly sailing up shit creek. An apology for that might improve your situation, and show Wilco you're the kind of player he wants in his community.
