How do you sell a house?

Say for example the buyer offers you 4m. They then give you 4m, you and him go to your house and you put it for sale. They then have to buy the actual house (say i.e it costs them 2,3m). They then have bought and owns the house, and used a total of 6,3m. If they offer you 4m you can ofcourse substract the actual price from those 4m. It's all up to you really.

The one time i sold a house, they paid me 3 mill and all i did was sell my house and they then paid what ever the house cost
