how do you get unbanned

i havent played this game since around febuary and when i came on early today it says ive been banned perm- axolytl - mistar salt for no apparent reason ive wasted about an hour and a half trying to get unbanned but it keeps saying that i need previous reports of my unban claim being denied at this point its starting to seem like a waste of time could someone please help me
