how do i ziptie someone

You can restrain people using Shift R,
You must have at least one ziptie on your person, and the person you're restraining must either have their hands on top of their head, or they must be knocked out. (Shift G with a weapon out, Bear in mind you must give proper hostile RP before knocking someone out, just as with lethal force)
