How do i withdraw cash

I've been looking for atms and cant find any

you go to a ATM. then scroll wheel until you see cashpoint. 
then you you use the action key, (whatever key you binded it) 
then type the amount of money you want. then click withdraw.

The atm's are marked as green little houses on your map.
