How do i stop the Animations menu pop up

So recently i have noticed after updating my GTA when ever i press F3 to open my inventory it also opens the Animations menu as seen above, i have searched through all key binds and there is no option to remove it, all i can do it rebind the inventory but i have no where to put it, if anyone knows how to fix this that would be great.

(ignore the fact i was trying to sell with no drugs on me)

believe usually its because another server uses same script as us and put it there. "go into F8 and do 'unbind keyboard F3' then re-bind the inventory to F3 in gta keybind settings > fivem" From @1A3on discord
