I've tried connecting but I can't get on the server, do I need to be whitelisted? If so, where?

How do I start playing the server?

To play on Altis connect to:
s1.roleplay.co.uk
or
s3.roleplay.co.uk
To play on Tanoa connect to:
s2.roleplay.co.uk
Make sure that you choose the Civilian slot (Purple color) when in the lobby. If you choose any of the other ones, you will get the message "NONWHITELISTED".
