How do I put my hands up?

I was shot for not putting my hands up and still do not know the button for completing this action. 

Can someone please help me?

You have to press shift + J

Shift J, if you are ever unsure in the future, either ask support in TS, ask in OOC or in direct chat say //what's the button to put my hands up, but always make sure you do // so it's out of character
